Spark by Hilton Central Point Medford

Great location with lots of restaurants/gas at walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfy. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which includes make your own waffles! We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and gym as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean facility and rooms. Friendly, courteous and obliging staff. Good location in Medford.

The location was nice. It was near the fairgrounds and close to several restaurants.

There were ants in the room and a musty spell. There was also no staff around when needing things like towels.

The breakfast did not have alot of selection compared to other La Quintas. The room was clean but it was very old. The surrounding businesses were not great choices for food either. I would want to select a different location.

Kind and friendly staff, great location and price. Breakfast included, yum and wifi worked great. I would go back again to this hotel.

Not that I can recall. The elevator took forever, like an old Vegas hotel.

A lot of drug addicts sleeping in parking lots. The hotel room was dirty. The wall had huge gouge marks and needs to be fixed and painted. The shower drain would not drain water. It would fill up like a bathtub when you take a shower it was uncomfortable

He remembers us from 2 weeks ago. And we were able to get the same room as we had the first time we stayed

Hotel is dirty old and rundown. Owner and manager is judgmental racist and extremely rude.. Stay somewhere else!!!!!!!

The bed was very comfortable.

Rude staff on phone, door lock card reader broken, 1 cold beverage cup for 2 guests, 1 coffee packet enough for 1 cup of coffee for 2 guests, microwave damaged/poor condition, refrigerator warm, toilet area extremely narrow.

The location

The staff( lack of anyone there to help), there was no towels in the room, no towels by the pool, almost nothing in the snack shop, breakfast was a joke, the hot tub wasn¿t hot, room was missing electrical plates, and much more.

Location, close to highway and gas station.

It¿s dirty ¿ stains all over comforters ¿ dirty handprints on the wall in the bathroom¿ paint flaking off the wall in bathroom¿ windo looks like people have climbed in and out of it ¿ carpet in hallways stained and dirty broken clock broken outlets¿.

This hotel was dirty. The lock was broken it looked as though the door had been busted down. The cooling unit was poor quality and it smelled terrible.. stale cigarettes and the bedding was poor quality

The owner/manager was very UNPROFESSIONAL!! Arguing in front of customers with his daughter in law. The hotel maids came in our room 2 times after we checked in. My husband takes very strong medication there was no reason for them to come in our room.

AC worked and was cold. Bed was comfortable. 5 minutes to airport. Looked like it was once a good hotel, but it¿s gone way downhill. Not worth the money

Dog poop in the hallways. Stains/holes in comforter and bed sheets. Carpet stains in hallway and room. Outside bushes overgrown and tall weeds. No breakfast. Only La Quinta ever stayed at that charged for pets. Had to wipe down entire room. Way over $$.

Friendly staff and convenient freeway access.

I was bummed that ESPN was the only channel that did not work. I wanted to watch an important sports event to me, and had to check out early to leave to somewhere that had ESPN.
